STATESBORO, Ga. – South Georgia Tormenta FC forward Kazaiah Sterling was named to USL League One’s Team of the Week for Week 13 of the 2023 regular season.
Sterling captained the South Georgia side for the first-time last Saturday where he scored his second consecutive goal for South Georgia after returning from injury.
Sterling finished the match with six chances created, with two shots on target and three duels won.
Tormenta FC receives the visit of Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC, which will visit Tormenta Stadium for the second time this season on Saturday, June 17, at 7:30 p.m. ET from Optim Sports Medicine Field at Tormenta Stadium.
