Hasan joined Tormenta FC after playing for Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he captained the side in 2023. He led the team to an undefeated regular season, winning the Ohio Valley Conference regular season and tournament title. Following the 2023 season, Hasan was named to the All-OVC First Team
