Steedman played for Atlanta United 2 in the USL Championship. During his time with the club, he made 12 appearances.
Daniel played college soccer at the University of Virginia. He enjoyed two years with the Cavaliers where he made 37 appearances and scored five goals. During his college career, Steedman was an ACC Regular Season Champion, an ACC Tournament Champion, NCAA Tournament Finalist, was part of the NCAA Team of the Tournament, and was a member of the 2018-2019 All ACC Freshman Team.
